European Tour | 2018 Omega European Masters
This week on the European Tour, the 2018 Omega European Masters will be played at Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club in Crans Montana, Switzerland. Last year Matthew Fitzpatrick defeated Scott Hend on the third playoff hole for his fourth European Tour victory. It was the second consecutive playoff loss in this event for Hend.
Crans-sur-Sierre was opened in 1908, was redesigned in 1929, and redesigned again in 1999 by the late great Seve Ballesteros. Miguel Ángel Jiménez, winner of two senior majors this year, will play in this event.
